Custom and personalized orders

I am able to take custom requests for designs and colors of the design. I currently only have the 16x16 inch natural canvas cover pictured in the listings for the cover option.

Sizing details

Unless other wise noted in the listing all covers are 16x16 inch. If you do not wish purchase an insert from me the best size to use is either a 16x16 inch or 18x18 inch (ideal) insert.

Care instructions

Machine wash cold. Hang dry or air tumble. DO NOT iron directly on design. Iron from the backside on a cotton setting.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I can include a note and wrap a tulle bow around the pillow. Leave instructions for the note in the Note to Seller at checkout.

What color are the pillows?

The pillow covers are a natural canvas color. They are not white, but a tan canvas color.

What if my tracking number says my package has arrived but it isn't in my mailbox?

The best thing to do is take your tracking number to your local post office and see what they know. Unfortunately if it was stolen there is nothing I can do. But if you talk to either your local post office or your mail man they might be able to confirm were it was delivered. It might have been delivered to the wrong address.

What if my package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all (missing)?

Please know that I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received the tracking number and the order has shipped any lost, damage or stolen packages will need to be handled with the USPS by the buyer. Your tracking number and order confirmation email should be all you need to fill out the claim.

Should your package get shipped back to me due to an incorrect address or insufficient address or you didn't pay customs I will notify you that I have received it. If you wish to have it re-shipped you will need to pay the shipping. If you just want a refund I will refund your money minus the initial shipping costs.

What if I receive the wrong pillow?

Sorry for the human error! Just let me know you received the wrong pillow (please send a picture of the pillow received) and I will send you a return label with your correct pillow :) Please DON'T purchase your own label through a 3rd party. I will pay for the return shipping through Etsy and send you the label.
